Compton Verney - Natural Mindfulness walk, Sunday 6th October

Returning from last year, I will be guiding a Natural Mindfulness walk again through the grounds of Compton Verney and woodland beyond, from 11am - 1pm on 6/10/19. I have been organising walks with Cotswold Natural Mindfulness for over three years now and am very pleased to have been asked to return to this stunning location!

My walks focus on perspective and sharpening of the senses; to use imagination and creativity to overcome obstacles and improve wellbeing. As a fine artist, I get most of my inspiration from nature and I have found various ways to re-engage with nature and to enhance mindfulness.

The walk will encompass various exercises such as; Shinrin Yoku, Scale Perception, Discarding Doubt and Virtual Photographs to re-engage with nature and strengthen mental health. The route is relatively flat, we'll walk at a casual pace and each participant will be made to feel at ease.

Meeting point for the Mindfulness walk is at the entrance of 'The Clearing' at Compton Verney, click here to book tickets (places are limited). Be sure to bring walking boots and plenty of water!
