Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walk

'Stream of Consciousness' walk in Painswick.

My walks focus on sharpening the senses and concentrate on perspectives of the landscape and life.

Below is a group photo next to what's now known as 'Swan Lake' (I'm the one on the right!).

Swan lake certainly didn't disappoint on the morning!

After some hesitation at the far end, the swan flew right up to us and, though everyone saw this, it was Deborah Ovington who had the quickest camera reactions and took this photo!

This waterfall and stream video of the walk is kindly shared by Karen Wills.

I had heard of this waterfall a couple of years ago but it was only when I took a walk off the beaten track that I found this beautiful sight. It made me realise that a stream of consciousness could involve the entire walk.

This is Cotswold Natural Mindfulness at it's finest!

To join us on one of the walks, it's £5pp or FREE if it will be your first Cotswold Mindfulness walk. To sign up for all the available walks, It's £10 per month (there are several walks during each month with other guides.)
